A bombshell lawsuit has emerged with extraordinary claims about Elvis Presley’s famous family.
The allegations involve actress Riley Keough, John Travolta, and a supposed egg donation arrangement that sounds more like Hollywood fiction than reality.
Legal experts and family representatives are calling the claims outrageous, unethical, and completely irrelevant to the actual case at hand.
But the documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court have thrust these sensational allegations into public view, dragging multiple celebrities into an already bitter legal battle.
The Shocking Allegations Surface in Amended Complaint
Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, former business associates of Priscilla Presley, filed an amended complaint Tuesday against Priscilla’s son Navarone Garcia. Buried within legal documents are claims that Riley Keough—actress and granddaughter of Elvis—allegedly donated eggs to John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston.
According to court filings, Keough supposedly received “an old Jaguar” and “between $10,000-$20,000” in exchange for eggs used to conceive Travolta and Preston’s youngest son, Benjamin, born in 2010.
The claims originated allegedly from Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband, who reportedly shared this information with Kruse and Fialko during negotiations following Lisa Marie’s death in 2023.
Previous Attempts Involving Lisa Marie
Court documents claim Travolta and Preston initially approached the Presley family using Lisa Marie’s eggs because Preston “had been unable to bear her own children.” Whether any child resulted from those alleged eggs remains unclear.
According to the filing, when Travolta and Preston returned “in or around 2010,” Travolta allegedly “no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them.”
Lisa Marie Presley struggled publicly with substance abuse throughout her life. She died in January 2023 at age 54 from complications related to a small bowel obstruction.
Preston passed away in July 2020 at age 57 following a two-year battle with breast cancer.
Handwritten Notes and Text Messages Included
Supporting their claims, Kruse and Fialko included photographs of a handwritten note in their filing. Words visible in the note include:
- “Kelly Preston carried baby”
- “Medical bills paid”
- “Old Jaguar 1990s-ish”
Additionally, screenshots of messages presumably exchanged with Priscilla Presley describe Ben Travolta as her “beautiful great-grandson.”
According to the complaint, Lockwood claimed “the entire arrangement required a ‘sign off’ from the Church of Scientology, which heavily involved Priscilla’s oversight.”
Family Chaos Following Lisa Marie’s Death
Court documents paint a picture of intense family conflict after Lisa Marie’s unexpected death. According to the filing, “the entire Presley family clamored for control of the estate and for pay-outs” immediately following her passing.
Kruse and Fialko were allegedly tasked with acting as negotiators and mediators amid what they described as “family chaos.”
Lockwood, father of Lisa Marie’s twin daughters Harper and Finley, reportedly approached Kruse demanding information be used “to orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters,” whom he claimed were “financially destitute.”
Additional Claims Against Navarone Garcia
The amended complaint includes other explosive allegations against Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garcia. According to Kruse and Fialko, Garcia allegedly “threw a tantrum, demanding [they] keep Riley’s and Travolta’s son out of the press.”
Why? Because “Priscilla [had] promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the ‘king.'”
Documents also include claims that “Priscilla’s love for Navarone was, and always has been, incestuous.”
Priscilla’s Legal Team Fires Back
Priscilla Presley’s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, issued a scathing statement to TMZ condemning the amended complaint.
After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.
Singer and Harman characterized the allegations as “completely improper” and accused Kruse and Fialko of attempting to “exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims.”
These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.
Background of Legal Battle
This filing represents just one chapter in an ongoing legal war between Priscilla Presley and her former business partners.
Priscilla previously filed suit against Kruse and associates alleging fraud and elder abuse. Kruse and Fialko countered with their own lawsuit against Priscilla for fraud and breach of contract.
According to Priscilla’s legal team, Kruse and her associates have now expanded their litigation strategy by suing “Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant” in what they describe as a harassment campaign.
Notably, Kruse and Fialko are now working with their fourth set of attorneys, suggesting turbulence within their own legal representation.
No Response From Riley Keough
Representatives for Riley Keough did not immediately respond to requests for comment from The Times.
Keough recently gained control of Lisa Marie’s estate, including Graceland, following her mother’s death. She has maintained a relatively low profile regarding family legal disputes while focusing on her acting career.
John Travolta and representatives for Benjamin Travolta have also not publicly addressed these allegations.
Whether these sensational claims hold any truth—or represent desperate legal tactics in a bitter court battle—remains to be seen as proceedings continue.
